Your class may have heard of Picasso or Van Gogh but we know how it
can be a challenge to introduce contemporary creative people and their
work into the classroom as well as developing pupils' hands-on creative
skills. At Culture Street, our passion is encouraging pupils' creativity,
and their engagement with living artists, writers, performers and filmmakers,
in the classroom and beyond. Our website is an ever-growing bank of
interactive and video resources to inspire your class to get started
and involved with the arts. There is everything from making a clay coil
pot, an animation, or a book, to understanding what the Turner Prize
is all about.
